Woodmill Products

	Woodmill units are modular casework units manufactured by South Texas Woodmill Inc., in Brownsville, Texas.
	We follow AWI Guidelines in manufacturing, finishing and installing. We are an AWI Premium Certified Mill. We are also a member of The Scientific Equipment and Furniture Association (SEFA).
	All products manufactured by South Texas Woodmill Inc., are fully guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year after installation and product acceptance.
	South Texas Woodmill Inc. pledges to continue research and development of new methods and/or materials in an effort to improve our products and their performance. South Texas Woodmill reserves the right to change or modify any part or all of this publication without prior notice.
	Woodmill units are modular in design. Each module is a self‑contained, assembled, free-standing unit, generally not dependent upon adjacent units for support. Woodmill modules are manufactured in width increments of 3".
	Woodmill casework is fabricated in accordance with approved shop drawings. These drawings, furnished by South Texas Woodmill, show layout plans, elevations, and other pertinent data and details.
	Woodmill units are supplied with 2" minimum width filler strips for each location where casework joins finish building wall and/or 3" intersecting casework lines to accommodate varying room conditions.
	South Texas Woodmill furnishes continuous tops for base and counter‑type cabinet work. Top lengths are consistent with accepted standards for material specified, All top joints required for continuous runs or for comer intersections are factory-prepared for bolt-type and/or spline connections.
	Woodmill casework should be specified by a series number, i.e., 100, 200, 201, 300, 301, 400, 500 and 501. The following is a synopsis of each series.

Series 100 ‑ Laminate Frameless plastic laminate‑clad and polyester laminate‑clad particle board case body, doors, drawer fronts and finished ends. All exposed edges are bound with PVC edging or plastic laminate, 3 mm available upon request.

Series 200 ‑ Wood Frameless, factory‑finished plywood case body, finished ends and matching veneer edges. Door and drawer fronts with matching veneer.

Series 201 ‑ Wood Frameless, factory-finished plywood case body, finished ends and matching veneer edges. Plastic laminate door and drawer fronts.

Series 300 ‑ Laboratory Grade heavy duty wood frameless factory-finished plywood case body, doors and drawer fronts and finished ends.

Series 301 ‑ Laboratory Grade heavy duty wood frameless, factory-finished plywood case body, doors and drawer fronts and finished ends. Plastic laminate door and drawer fronts.

Series 400 ‑ Laboratory Grade heavy duty frameless plastic laminate case body, doors and drawer fronts and finished ends. (3mm available upon request)

Series 500 ‑Laboratory Grade conventional face frame pre-finished wood module, plywood case body, door and drawer fronts doors and finished ends.

Series 501 ‑ Laboratory Grade conventional face frame pre-finished wood module, plywood case body, door and drawer fronts doors and finished ends. Plastic laminate door and drawer fronts.
