Type A /B Surfaces: Factory-finished hardwood plywood (7‑ply minimum) specie is optional and must be specified either P/S Red Oak or R/C uniform Light Maple. Stain selection will be made from samples provided by South Texas Woodmill. Doors and drawer fronts only: fiber-core plywood Hardwood / Hardwood Plywood Surfaces: All finished-end conditions (1" thick) All drawer fronts (3/4" thick) All doors (3/4" thick) All interior parts of open cases or cases with full, clear-glass doors (3/4" thick) All bottoms of wall cases 48" or more above floor (3/4" thick) All tops of tall cases 48" or more above floor (3/4" thick) All exposed leg and skirt assemblies (3/4" thick) Type A Optional: Plastic laminate doors and drawer fronts color selection provided by South Texas Woodmill. Type C Surfaces: Factory-finished, softwood plywood (3/4" minimum thickness, 5‑ply minimum), suitable for intended uses, species is optional. Edges match finish selected. All case body and shelves Factory-finished, (1/4" minimum thickness) tempered hardboard or complimentary plywood veneer. All case backs All stretchers (1 1/2" thick) Type D Surfaces: Material optional, all sound and suitable for intended use. Edges: Cabinet bodies and shelf edges covered with 3mm hardwood, door and drawer edges covered with vertical laminate, 3mm P.V.C. standard colors or PVC matching tape "specified". Factory finishes: Type A and/or B Surfaces: 1. Sanding (120-grit) 2. Stain (if specified) 3. Sanding sealer 4. Sand (220-grit) stearated paper 5. Two part catalized varnish top coat.
